Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 5 May 2026
1. Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out the conditions under which refunds may be granted and the notice periods required to cancel a service agreement with SharpAlpha.ai.
2. Refund Terms
Due to the nature of digital data services, payments made for completed service periods are non-refundable. Where a client cancels mid-billing-cycle, no pro-rata refund is provided unless explicitly stated in the relevant service agreement.
Where SharpAlpha.ai is unable to deliver the contracted Services due to a fault on our side, we will work with the client in good faith to either restore service, extend the term, or provide a service credit.
3. Cancellation Notice
Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice as specified in the relevant service agreement. The standard notice period is 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon termination, any outstanding invoices become immediately payable.
